Conference/banquet facilities include two well-equipped meeting rooms and two opulent, pillar-less ballrooms. The meeting rooms have in-built speakers, screens and broadband internet access and can accommodate up to 150 guests in a theatre style arrangement. The hotel also has a fully-equipped business centre with contemporary business facilities like secretarial services, video conferencing facility, translation/interpretation services, multimedia computers, high-speed photocopiers and printers.

Rooms
Hotel Om Tower offers comfortable accommodation in luxurious rooms and theme suites that offer traditional aesthetic ambience. The 60 rooms are divided into 44 Deluxe rooms, 13 Theme Suites and 3 Executive Suites. All rooms are elegantly appointed and offer a mini bar, cable television, study table, sofas, two-line speaker phone with international direct dial facility, electronic safe, luggage rack, cupboard, ironing board on request, hair dryer, daily newspaper and 24 hour in-room dining. For the convenience of guests, a telephone directory and stationary items are placed in each room. Washroom amenities include a bathtub, soap, shampoo, moisturiser, bath foam, gargle glasses, linen and an extension of the room telephone. Hot water is supplied from 5 am to 11 am and from 5 pm to 10 pm every day. At other hours, it can be made available on request.

In addition to all other facilities, the suites have a separate living area with sofas and a dining table besides a dressing area and larger washrooms. Additional amenities like guest slippers, bathrobe, fruit basket, cookies platter, dental kit, shaving kit and bathrobe are also provided in the suites. The Executive Suite is an absolute delight with its contemporary furnishings coupled with ethnic paintings used as decor. Non-smoking rooms are available on request.

Dining
Dining facilities include Choice Restaurant, a 24-hour restaurant cum coffee shop that serves delectable pure vegetarian Indian, Chinese and Continental cuisine and Revolving Restaurant, where guests can treat themselves to a wide array of assorted drinks and authentic Indian cuisine while enjoying a 360 degree view of the city in just 60 minutes. The hotel also boasts of a first-of-its-kind Mexican pub, Amigos. Here, one can enjoy a drink while admiring the decor that is inspired by cowboy lifestyle. Adjoining it across a narrow corridor is a discotheque with the same name and similar decor.

Although room service is available round the clock, items from the meals menu are only available during specific meal timings mentioned on the menu card. The bar liquor menu is also placed in each room so that guests can enjoy their drinks in the solitude of their rooms.
