A 12 storey structure, it offers a range of accommodation options and a variety of dining and conference facilities. All rooms of the hotel are fitted with plasma television, tea/coffee making facilities, study table and a fully stocked minibar. Private bathrooms feature all essential toiletries, hair dryer and guest slippers.

Dining facilities include Pinxx, a 24 hour coffee shop, Paparazzi, a celebrity food point offering global cuisine and Al Fresco, a lounge bar which is open from 12:00 Noon to 11:00 PM. While the coffee shop serves a delectable buffet spread for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the restaurant is open for dinner. Special meals such as Sunday Brunch and Midnight Dinner on Saturday are also served in the coffee shop.

Conference facilities include three well equipped halls, Pinewood, Redwood and Maple Leaf, which can accommodate 110, 55 and 25 guests respectively in a theatre style seating arrangement. The hotel also has a business center with a computer, fax machine, photo copier and secretarial services.
