The Oberoi Amarvilas is located on Taj East Gate Road in Agra. The resort is located at a distance of .6 kms. from the Taj Mahal and approximately 15 minutes away from the city centre. While Kheria Airport is approximately 17 km away from the resort, Agra Cantt Railway Station is about 12 km away.

Hotel Facilities
Recreational facilities also include a state-of-the-art gymnasium. The hotel offers spa and fitness facilities where trained Thai therapists re-energize the body with personalized holistic treatments based on Ayurveda, ancient Thai and western techniques. The Spa offers beauty treatments, Ayurvedic treatments and body massages while a trained Yogacharya creates a regimen suited to your specific needs.

Room Amenities

The hotel provides luxurious accommodation in tastefully furnished rooms that are divided into Premier rooms (with and without balcony), Deluxe Suites, Luxury Suites and a Kohinoor Suite. The Premier Rooms (with balcony)
Premier Rooms feature Burma Teak flooring, teak armoires and spacious marble bathrooms with both a bathtub and a separate shower cubicle.

The Deluxe Suites
These come with a separate living room and a bedroom that renders exquisite views of the landscaped gardens and Taj Mahal.

The Luxury Suites
These rooms feature a separate living and seating dining room with a spacious bedroom. With 2 private open air terraces that offer exquisite views of the Taj and an interconnected twin-bedded Premier Room and private pantry and with a separate guest washroom, this suite speaks of Oberoi's attention to luxury and hospitality.

The Kohinoor Suite
This Suite has a separate large living & dining rooms. There is a private study and the bedroom has a separate dressing area with walk-in closet. Here too, the bathroom overlooks the Taj Mahal. It too has a pantry and an interconnected twin-bedded room.

Child Policy: 2 Children 8 yrs or less can stay in the parents room for free (1 extra bed will be provided in the same room)

Please Note: As per government regulations, smoking is permitted but only in the confines of your designated bedrooms. Elsewhere, it's not.

Dining
The Oberoi Amarvilas offers a range of dining options, where guests can savour a wide array of mouth-water cuisines.

Bellevue
This is the main restaurant and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner featuring international and Indian cuisine.
Esphahan
A specialty restaurant serves traditional Indian cuisine. Advance reservations recommended.
The Bar
It offers a fine selection of wines, spirits and cigars. The bar also has a terrace with a breathtaking view of the Taj Mahal.
Lounge
The Lounge serves bar snacks and light beverages.

In addition to these, guests will always enjoy the pleasure of ordering in food from their favorite restaurants in the comfort of their own living spaces.

Conferences & Banquets
Meeting venues at the hotel are Jahanara (48 persons), Roshnara (48 persons), The Birbal Room (15 U-shape) and Tansen Room (24 persons).
