Hotel Facilities
Delta Residency has a swimming pool in the centre of the room blocks. There is an inbuilt Jacuzzi in the pool as well. There are sun beds for the guests to relax alongside the pool. The hotel has a well facilitated conference hall with a seating capacity of 120 people in theatre style.

he Deluxe room is smaller and compact with all the facilities mentioned in the apartment minus the kitchen. The Standard room is similar to the Deluxe room, but with less fancy furnishings. One noticeable feature of the rooms in this hotel is the brightness in the rooms. Most of the rooms are done in a vibrant yellow colour and matched with an equally bright green, red or orange colour in the furniture or linen.

Dining
The hotel has an in-house multi cuisine restaurant and bar next to the swimming pool. The restaurant serves a wide range of mouth-watering Indian, Chinese, Continental, South Indian, Malwani and Goan food.
