Room Amenities
The hotel has 58 rooms that are divided into 12 Standard rooms, 39 Executive rooms, and 7 Suites. All rooms are equipped with a television, direct dial telephone, mini bar, study table, luggage rack, full length mirror, sofa set with glass topped table and a cupboard with hangers and an electronic safe. While the room amenities are the same across categories, the Executive rooms and Suites are bigger in size and are furnished with a dining table as well. Washroom amenities include a bathtub, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, shower cap, bath foam, tissues, talcum powder, moisturizer, dental kit, shaving kit and shaving mirror. Each washroom is provided with a telephone extension and 24 hour supply of hot water.

Dining Facility
Hotel Nandhini - St. Mark's Road has a multi cuisine restaurant cum bar that serves delectable Indian, Chinese, Tandoori and Andhra cuisine. Large enough to seat 206 guests at a time, it serves a Continental buffet spread for breakfast between 7 am and 10 am. The restaurant is open for lunch from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm and for dinner from 6:30 pm to 11 pm. While the restaurant and bar timings are same and limited, room service is available round the clock.

Conferences & Banquets
Conference facilities include two well-equipped halls, Tanishq I and Tanishq II. Each hall can individually accommodate 30 guests in a U-shape arrangement and 80 guests in a theatre style seating arrangement.
