The Museum Inn is located 5 kilometres from the railway station and approximately 42 kilometres from the new Bengaluru International Airport. Other places of interest which are within a couple of kilometers away are Cubbon Park, Lal Bagh Gardens, Vidana Soudha and the famous and very happening MG Road.

The Museum Inn welcomes you with tunes of Western Classical music. This 5 storied building stands tall after nine long years in operation. It was built in 1998 and is primarily a business hotel.

Room Amenities
39 rooms are divided into 27 Standard rooms and 12 Deluxe rooms. Standard rooms are further divided into categories of 15 Standard rooms with twin beds and 12 Standard rooms with king size beds. The Deluxe rooms all have king size beds. The lushness of the rooms is created with elegant seating spaces, bold coloured carpets and wooden study tables with mirrors mounted on the walls adding extra space to the rooms. Three of the floors have 13 rooms each. All the rooms in the hotel are carpeted except for one and all the connected washrooms have bathtubs. The facilities that populate all the rooms include cable television, direct dial STD/ISD telephones, wireless network connection at an extra charge, minibar, tea/coffee maker, 1 complimentary bottle of mineral water everyday, 24 hours hot & cold running water and 24 hours room service. Two of the Deluxe rooms have LCD televisions and DVD players. Guests will need to get their own DVDs or rent them from various libraries around the vicinity.

Dining
Bamboo Shoots is the restaurant that serves Chinese cuisine throughout the day from 11:00 am to 11:30 pm. Monday to Friday, the guests can feast on a buffet lunch from 12:00 pm to 3:30 pm. Navy blue wall to wall carpeting, makes it a cosy interior space and the wallpaper flaunting leaves and plants adds to it a serene touch. Angeethi - the Indian restaurant serves Punjabi, dhaba style food on the rooftop. This area is given a village dhaba feel with lanterns for lights, corny Hindi movie posters framed on the walls, mud walls, a straw and bamboo slanting roof, rope wrapped around the pillars of the restaurant and road direction/distance signs. A sign in Hindi adds authenticity to the image of Angeethi. It is open for breakfast (7:00 am to 10:00 am) only for in house guests, lunch buffet (12:00 pm to 3:00 pm) and dinner (7:00 pm to 11:30 pm). Alcohol can be enjoyed in this restaurant on the rooftop. Tavern is the pub which is open from 2:00 pm to 11:30 pm with a DJ rocking the floor every night. English classical, rock music rings through the day and night offering something new and fresh for rock enthusiasts. A total of 80 persons can enjoy their drinks here at a time. Old advertising posters embellish the walls while the carpeted flooring makes this a cosy, private space to enjoy yourself in.
